The Roger
Williams Room
is named for the founder of religious freedom in Rhode Island and
the namesake of the University located in Bristol. It is a large
first floor (main level) guest room originally serving as the study.
It is decorated with dark, rich florals and hunter green walls that
are adorned with gold stenciling.
The furnishings are antique mahogany and feature a
king* bed, with matching mirrored dressing table and needlepoint
bench, mirrored dresser, comfortable reading chair and rocking chair.
The gas log fireplace with its Federal-style mantle provides a warm
and inviting ambience. The room has a private bath with a shower/tub
combo, hair dryer and terry cloth robes. *(Bed can be arranged
as twins.)
